About Us

Ed never ate cheesecake!  Like, never.  But, after trying a piece of "gourmet cheesecake" on a cruise, he decided that he liked it - but that he could make it fresher and better.  So, he made one for his birthday party.  And another one for church.  And another one whenever anyone requested it.  Boy, did they request it!  Even while Maria was sleeping, Ed was up baking.  It became quite an expensive hobby, so they were forced to start charging people for the cheesecakes.  Cheesecakes expanded into brownies, which brought about the non-traditional "Muffie" cookies, and that's how EddyO's got started.

 

It has become a true passion for EddyO's to serve the local community with superior baked goods.  Ed jokes that Maria can't make the cheesecakes because she might consider using a topping that comes from a can - which would be sacrilegious.  EddyO's is committed to using the best ingredients and serving delicious, handcrafted baked goods. Staying true to the original creations and signature cheesecakes you will come to know and love is a promise.  Bringing fresh recipes and offerings to the community is a guarantee - it's why Ed and Maria got into the "baking business" in the first place.
