Why do some menu items take 72 hours?
There are several reasons why we require 72 hours for some of our more complicated recipes. The first reason is, we have to ensure that the ingredients are fresh, which means, we may need to go and purchase fruit or nuts after the order is placed. Rarely do we have bulk fruit on hand that will pass inspection from Ed. Also, we take our time to ensure that the cheesecakes are baked to a certain temperature and cooled properly before we're ready to send them out the door!
Do you sell other things besides baked goods?
Our plan is to have either a brick and mortar bakery or a food truck, so that we can service the community with soups, sandwiches, salads, coffee, milk, juice, soft drinks, and even fresh custard. In the meantime, enjoy the gourmet treats!
What if I want an ingredient or flavor that's not on the menu?
We will do our best to accommodate your specific taste buds. When you place your online order, please be sure to enter your special request in the box before you place the item in your cart. If we have questions, we will give you a call. You can also feel free to call or contact us and let us know exactly what you're craving. We want to make sure that you are satisfied.
Is there a way to purchase just one cookie or one slice of cheesecake?
In order to purchase single servings of our baked goods, please meet us at a live event. In the meantime, you can always visit Heaven's Table or one of our other local restaurants that carry individual servings of our desserts.
